How to Be Eligible for a Return

To return an item, it must meet the following requirements:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed (if applicable)

  • With original tags and intact packaging

  • Must be in the same condition you received it

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions

    • Note: Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Inspect your items right away when they arrive.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and details so we can fix the issue fast.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., skincare, makeup)

  • Hair extensions, wigs, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Aerosols: Must be in intact condition to return. Please contact us before sending these back.

Exchanges

If you want an exchange, we suggest returning the item for a refund (if eligible) and then placing a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is:

  • In original, unopened condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll notify you if it’s approved or rejected

  • If approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
